Q. Can I use bath salts for inflammation?

Q: Why do you suggest using warm water in a mineral bath, not hot, in the instructions for your Dead Sea Warehouse Bath Salts?
Generally, hot water is not good for the skin. It can strip the skin of its important naturally occurring oils. Ideally, you want to replicate the temperature at the Dead Sea itself so that the minerals absorb naturally into your skin!
Q. Why do you indicate to soak ‘from 10, to no more than 20 minutes’?
Our authentic, 100% Mineral Dead Sea Bath Salts are full of broad-spectrum minerals are historically known to be detoxifying. It would be unwise to sit in such a mineral bath for longer than 20 minutes UNLESS you also sip water during your soak to assure continual hydration.
Q. It also states that I should ‘Rinse’ after my mineral bath. Why?
It is good hygiene after soaking in a bath. It is not necessary to take a full shower.
